A product of Sheffield Wednesday FC’s youth development program, Pete has been coaching in the USA for more than 16 years.  The first 7 years, Pete directed camps for the MLS organization in over 20 states.  He has since been with OBGC Soccer (OS), a division of the Olney Boys & Girls Community Sports Association, passing on his professional experience and knowledge to OS players.  Pete is currently the Director of Coaching and Player Development for OS/Olney Boys & Girls Community Sports Association. OS teams compete against the best teams up and down the East Coast.  OS’s success is achieved through technical and tactical development paired with hard work.  Pete has built up the profile of the OS club, taking several lower level select teams and entry level teams to Division One.  Over the years Pete’s teams have won many division championships, state championships, and posted countless tournament victories.  Pete Wood is recognized as one of the top coaches in the DC metropolitan area -- his record speaks for itself.  Pete holds a UEFA license. Pete coaches the U12 Rangers.

Ben Ferry has played professionally for the Hershey Wildcats in Pensylvania and comes with a wealth of playing experience within the United States. Ben was a four year all star at George Washington University under the guidence of the highly acclaimed coach George Lister. His excellent skills with the ball makes him a great teacher of the fundamentals and techniques. Ben currently coaches the Olney Onyx.

Alan Pringle has over twelve years of coaching experience in England and the U.S. Alan spent five years as a professional player with Sheffield Wednesday in England. A series of knee injuries cut short what was a promising pro career, and started Alan off in the coaching world. He then passed his Football Association Coaching Licence from the England F.A., and worked with the young academy players at Sheffield Wednesday. Alan has spent five years directing camps and programs in the U.S. Alan re-located to the U.S. permanently in the spring of 2001. Alan currently coaches the U9 Olney Gold and Black teams.

Darren has a wealth of coaching and playing experience both in the U.S.A and in Europe. Darren has played in the English 1st Division with Rotherham as well as in Ireland's and Scotland's Pro- leagues with Drogheda&Kilmarnock. Darren coaches the U9 Olney Gold and Black teams with Alan Pringle.

* Four former players were selected for the ALL-MET and GAZZETTE Teams, 2004
* A former team players were part of the Sherwood, Magruder , and Whitman High School Soccer Team swhich won the High School State Cup Championship, 2005, 2003, and 2002.
* Some of his players were accepted to private schools in the metropolitan area.
* Twenty team players were selected to the ODP/DDP teams in 2001/2002/2003/2006.
* Arjona won the Coach of the Year Award for the MSI, 2004.
* As a coach, he has a record of 600 wins in a period of eight years, 1999- Present.
* His teams have won the Bethesda , Potomac, Delco, and Del Sol, CASL, MSI Tournaments and invited to all the top tournaments in region 1.
* Twice his team finished as Finalist and semifinalist in the Maryland State Cup on 2004 and 2006.
* His team won the US National Futsal Cup in 2002 and 2003, and he has a team participating in the same tournament in July 2006.

Coach Alan Lydiate holds a USSF National D license, and an English Football Association (Level 1& 2) Certificate in coaching. Alan started playing competitive football (soccer) at the age of 4 years old and played semi-professional soccer in England. After coaching in England as a volunteer he decided to pursue it as a career and moved to the USA in 2003/2004. Alan is a trainer with Brit-Am Soccer Academy besides being head coach to the U13 Olney Galaxy and a new U9 Boys team for the upcoming Fall 2007 season.
